Shanghai 11' Preview: Peugeot SxC Concept Unveiled

Peugeot is going to be unveiling the SxC Concept in Shanghai next week, which is a preview of an upcoming crossover.

SxC stands for “Shanghai Crossover Concept” and is meant to show off Peugeot’s newest design language and emphasize how important the Chinese market is for Peugeot. Peugeot plans on releasing at least one new model every year in China.

Under the hood of the concept is Peugeot’s HYbrid 4 technology. The system consists of a 218 horsepower turbocharged 1.6L gasoline engine powering the front wheels and a 71 kW (95 horsepower) electric motor powering the rear wheels.
