The 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross has officially arrived in the U.S. and the first units are now on their way to dealers. Pricing for the 2018 Eclipse Cross crossover starts at $23,295.
The Eclipse Cross sits in the middle of Mitsubishi’s crossover lineup, which includes the Outlander and Outlander Sport models. The compact crossover is powered by a turbocharged 1.5L four-cylinder engine that generates 152 horsepower and 184 lb-ft. of torque. Mitsubishi’s S-AWC all-wheel drive system is optional.
Inside the 2018 Eclipse Cross can be equipped with a 7-inch display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, a head-up display, a panoramic sunroof and heated rear seats.
“2018 represents an exciting next chapter for Mitsubishi Motors, and the all-new Eclipse Cross is a large part of that story,” said Don Swearingen, executive vice president and chief operating officer, MMNA. “The Eclipse Cross builds on the strong Mitsubishi heritage of automotive performance, technology and fun-to-drive dynamics revived in a CUV. We’re excited to add the Eclipse Cross to our established CUV lineup and know it will continue to fuel the brands current sales momentum.”
