Mercedes-Benz EQB electric crossover coming in 2021

Mercedes-Benz has revealed that its third electric vehicle from the EQ sub-brand will be a small crossover called the EQB. The Mercedes-Benz EQB was confirmed at the Shanghai Motor Show earlier this week.

Daimler CEO Dieter Zetsche confirmed the news about the EQB, in addition to revealing that it will arrive in 2021. The EQB will be based on the GLB, which was previewed as a concept at the show. The production version of the GLB is slated to arrive this summer, according to .

When the EQB does arrive it will have a driving range around 310 miles on Europe’s WLTP cycle. Before the EQB arrives, we have the first model, the EQC crossover and later this year the brand will unveil the EQV electric minivan at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
