The 2019 Chevy Camaro is getting a big refresh, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that the pricing is going up. Cars Direct was able to get its hands on some order guides for the 2019 Camaro, which reveal that it will start at $25,995 – $905 lower than last year’s model.
While the 2019 Chevy Camaro starts a bit lower at $25,995 including the destination fees, there are some package changes to the lineup. For example the base Camaro LS is now only available with the turbocharged 275-hp 2.0L four-cylinder. If you want the V6 powered Camaro you’ll have to start with the LT model. If you do choose the base LS, you can now equip it with an eight-speed automatic transmission instead of the six-speed manual.
The 2019 Camaro LT comes standard with the 2.0L four-cylinder and starts at $26,495, which is $1,200 cheaper. If you add the 335-hp V6 the price goes up by $1,495. The The 2LT trim level starts at $28,495, which is $3,000 cheaper. A new 3LT trim level has been added that starts at $31,995 and is available with a $2,800 Convenience & Lighting Package that adds forward collision warning, a blind spot monitor, an 8-inch display, head-up display, configurable 24-color interior lighting and memory seats.
For buyers that want to stick with the 2.0L four-cylinder, Chevy is now offering the $4,500 1LE Track Performance Package. The package adds a satin black hood wrap, rear spoiler, 4-piston Brembo brakes, an upgraded cooling system and suspension, summer tires and 20-inch black aluminum wheels.
At the top of the range, the pricing for the 2019 Camaro SS and ZL1 remains unchanged at $37,995 for the 1SS Coupe to $68,495 for the ZL1.
