While there has been a small wagon renaissance, Audi hasn’t fully jumped on the band wagon, since it currently only offers the A4 Allroad, an off-road light wagon. But it looks like that’s about to change, since Audi recently hinted on Twitter that it is bringing more wagons or Avants as Audi calls them, to the US.

Since we already have the A4 Allroad, what other Avant models could soon be offered in the US? Well it’s being reported that the A6 Avant will soon be offered in the US again, maybe as soon as the 2020 model year. The A6 Avant would give Audi a rival to the Mercedes-Benz E-Class wagon and Volvo V90.

For buyers that love wagons, but want to have fun too, the RS6 Avant with its twin-turbocharged 4.0L V8 may be on its way to our shores as well.
